Wing Snob started in 2018 when founder Marcus Webb grew tired of settling for mediocre wings. Armed with decades of backyard grilling experience and an obsession with perfecting sauces, he opened a small counter in Taylor, Michigan with one simple promise: never compromise on quality.

What began as a 10-seat carryout spot quickly became the neighborhood's most talked-about destination. Word spread fast — crispy, hand-tossed wings with bold, house-made sauces that you simply couldn't find anywhere else in the metro Detroit area.

Today, Wing Snob serves thousands of guests every month, but our heart remains the same — fresh wings, real ingredients, and flavors crafted with genuine pride.

2018

The First Wing Is Served

Marcus Webb opens Wing Snob at 23310 Eureka Rd, Taylor, MI. The 10-seat carryout spot starts with 8 sauces and lines out the door within the first week.

2019

The Sauce Lab Opens

Demand for our sauces grows beyond the restaurant. We build a dedicated sauce development kitchen and expand our lineup to 15 signature flavors, including fan-favorite Honey Gold.

2020

Adapting & Growing Stronger

We pivot to full online ordering and curbside pickup. Despite a challenging year, Wing Snob grows its delivery radius and serves record orders — community support keeps us flying.

2021

Dining Room Expansion

We triple our dining capacity, renovate the space, and launch our first catering program for corporate events and private parties across Wayne and Monroe counties.

2022

Award-Winning Recognition

Wing Snob is voted "Best Wings in Wayne County" by Detroit Metro Magazine. We hit 20 signature sauces and introduce our legendary bone-in platter combo menus.

2024

50,000 Customers & Counting

We celebrate serving over 50,000 unique guests, launch a loyalty rewards program, and begin planning for a second Michigan location. The best is still ahead.
